DATA MENTORSHIP PROGRAM
Mission:Â Provide distinguished mentorship opportunities to make data careers accessible to all.
Mentorship plays an important role in our professional careers. Based on research done by Gartner in 2006, 25% of those who participate in any mentorship program benefit from a salary-grade change. Keeping this in mind, Data Mentorship Program is designed to encourage participants to benefit from mentoring, network with each other, and build a lasting relationship.

This is a voluntary mentorship initiative offered at no cost to both mentors and mentees.
No compensation, financial benefit, or remuneration is provided to mentors or program organizers. The program is intended solely for community building, professional development, and networking purposes.
DATA MENTORSHIP PROGRAM
WHAT TO EXPECT?
As a program member, you will have the option to either mentor a data professional or be a mentee to an experienced data professional. This two-month program, provides bi-weekly mentorship meetings (at least 45-minutes long), the ability to network with fellow mentors/mentees, educational and training resources, a list of open jobs, and a chance to take part in a capstone project! All of this - FREE OF COST.
